    sorry for no link, but it is on ESPN insider, they had to make room for him, so they waived Matt Freije in the process, thoughts?

    Matt Freije was good in college... Slava Medvedenko was good never.

    Well, I've always liked Slava in his early years with the Lakers. Whenever Shaq went down, it always seemed to me that Slava would step up and come up with big games. I actually had high hopes for him at one point of his career. But he is what he is. He never really got better, and all he ever does on court is launch up shot after shot. On defense, the guy is horrible. So yeah, it's not a signing to be excited about.
