I got an xbox 360 for christmas with Gears of War, NBA 2K7, and NHL 2K7. Gears is great, and I was just scoping around for games coming in the near future that look good. Looks like a Silent Hill knock off. Anyway as to your question - Halo 3 is obviously the most anticipated game on 360.
I'll stick with the PC. For me it always has the best games and since most of the ones released on consoles come out for it anyway and allow full customization I find no reason to pick up a 360 or PS3 at the moment. Especially considering that aside from a few titles they're both fairly weak with their early game development. That'll change drastically in a year or two though, as with every new console. Gears of War is a solid game though and one not to be missed whether you own a 360 or not. The first great game of the new generation along with the new Legend of Zelda. I hope to see more great titles soon though.
I like consoles better because you never have to upgrade them. You know a game will work when you pop it in.
Yeah that is a great thing about consoles of course, but if you have the right job that'll get you enough cash to keep upgrading then you're living in gaming heaven. I know I am, though I never find the time to play as much as I used to. The worst thing you can do if you have a PC is purchase World of Warcraft. That'll get you hooked for months. My fianc?'s brother is terrible with it. Whenever he's not working, he's playing. Hell, he even skips eating most of the time because of it! One thing I don't understand is the whole fan-boy thing. Each console, handheld, etc has advantages and unique aspects. Just buy as many as you can and play, right? No need to complain about it and try to troll on forums about which one is better just because you own or plan to buy one. That's just how some are though. Anyway, I don't want to get off-topic and hijack the thread. 360 is a great piece of gaming hardware and I suggest anyone to pick it up if they can afford it.
