Plays like this is the reason people are duped into believe DWade is the best. Please tell me where the foul is? Invalid Video Link

DWade took 17 FTAs, while the ENTIRE Blazer team only shot 7.
^^^D Wade gets away with his fair share of calls, but it's no different than Kobe, AI, Dirk etc.....surprisingly I don't think Lebron gets away with as much with the guys that I just mentioned....I've seen numerous times this year where he'll take it to the rack get knocked around and get no call....it might be because of his size or maybe because he doesn't flop as much as the players I mentioned.

It's not just the amount of times Wade goes to the line, it's the timing of the fouls. When Wade is getting away with BS calls like the video above, it prevents defenders from playing straight up, aggressive defense. Not to mention the lack of palming violations Wade gets away with. He literally takes 3 steps on some plays, before dribbling the ball. He looks like a rugby player breaking lose from the scrum on a lot of his drives.
I admit....he gets away with murder (lol), but I've seen plenty of games (in the past and present) where those same calls go towards Dirk, Kobe, AI, etc. to the point where they are "unguardable"

This is the reason why NBA players don't consider Wade to be the best because the ref is on his jock. Amazing video!!

Amazing video!!
Exactly, and this is the sad part about it because the refs are tainting his image by the way they officiate him. It's not DWade's fault he gets all these calls. DWade is a phenom as is, just let him go about his business and not butcher the game of basketball by giving him the benefit of the doubt on every call.
He walked his ass off for sure. The worse part of the calls is superstars like Wade will adjust if they travel or carry the ball too much.
There are reasons why NBA players continue saying refs are on wade's side but not Lebron. Kobe, or even AI. The refs are just destroying Wade's Image
Kobe is by far the most skilled, meaning best, player in the NBA. I do believe that Steve Nash is the most valuable player, but that isn't the same. Kobe is downright the best in the league and will remain the best for a few years before Melo, Lebron, and Wade come of age.
personally, I think in 2-3 years, Lebron will eventually wear the crown of the unanimous "best player". Until then, i'd go with Kobe. He's probably the most complete player i've seen play sinc.......gahhh i'll stop there.

I understand Wade gets calls, but it is no different from Kobe, A.I., or Dirk (who also get ridiculous calls).....I think it's a problem, but superstar calls didn't start with D. Wade...Wilt Chamberlin NEVER fouled out of a game, Jordan fouled out "once" in addition to that there were times where you literally couldn't touch him or you'd be fouled out like "that"....does anyone remember game 6 of WCF of 02 where the refs basically handed the lakers the game on a platter in the 4th quarter by "giving" them 20 + foul shots.....superstar players who are the "face" of the league have always gotten the calls.
nobody is saything they haven't. It's just that DWade gets more "superstar" calls. Kobe has fouled out many times, and he's been hammered plenty times where nothing was called. Same with AI, despite the fact he really takes a pummeling every time he drives.
is there some sort of statistical proof to back that up?....all I know is every time I see Wade, Kobe, Dirk, Duncan, A.I., Shaq take the court that they ALL get bogus calls that go there way.
well for starters, you can look at the NBA finals and the amount of foul shots he got. He even got more FTPG than Jordan...that should say something. But i'll refrain from saying it as a fact and say it's my opinion that he gets more calls than guys like Lebron, Kobe, AI etc.
