<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">In a roundup of tradeables and untradeables, Chris Sheridan of ESPN says Rod Thorn is "now said to be willing to include a lottery-protected No. 1 draft pick in a deal". Sheridan adds Jeff McInnis, exiled to work out by himself in Las Vegas, is "clogging" the Nets roster which needs to be revamped with Nenad Krstic out. In companion chats, Sheridan says the Nets "are determined to stick with the big three through this season" but Chad Ford thinks Vince Carter for Ray Allen makes sense.</div>

I wouldn't mind trading VC for Allen.

I wouldn't either...just that it won't make us significantly better. We need outside shooting in the worse way, but same time, we might only get marginally better. If we can find a way to swing Collison in the deal, then I'm totally for it.
