just curious what was your first car. im still 16 i get my licence in September (damn newjersey laws). anyways i started looking at cars, and one of my cousins just got his first car today so i was just wondering what is your first car, or if you dont have your licence what do you hope your first car is. rite now im like in love with the 06 Civic coupe. i believe its like 16 brand new. my mom said if i can get the down payment she'll get it for me and she'll match me dollar for dollar for it.
My very first car was a 1990 Olds Cutlass. Not the best of cars but that thing had a very nice ride. I kept it for like...2 months before I sold it. It just wasn't my style. I then got a 1992 Nissan Stanza which I kept for 2.5 years. So technically that was my first real car. I also had a 95 Maxima and an 01 Civic. Now I drive an 07 Scion tC. I was looking at the new Civic Coupe as well, but the tC just had more features and such for the same price so I went for that. The Civic is still a nice car though. I personally like the coupe better than the sedan.

I don't get my liscense until May but once I do I'll be driving a gold one of these: My mom just bought a blue 96 Honda Civic for me and my sister (shes in college so we have to share when shes here for summer). I'm sure I'll total it before I have to let her drive it though (plus she doesn't know how to drive a stick yet).
Don't have a car or liscense yet and I turned 17 yesterday. I really want a red or black VW jetta preferably one after 1999. I go for my test in January.
-Buick Century Worst car ever. I had every problem known to man with that car. I even had to chase one of my front tires down the street one day because it fell off as I was driving.

My dad worked for Lincoln-Mercury when I was in high school, so I would always just get to drive his pimped out company cars. My first car that I could call my own though was a Mazda RX8. I loved that car. ^^^ It was that exact color and everything; looked identical.
Damn you people ride high-class vehicles. I am about (hopefully) to get my drivers license in like one week (I have the exam). I'll have to use my family's cars until I can pay for one of my own and all the expenses that come with it.
dude9990, you're getting a new civic coupe at 16? can you say spoiled? the good news is you can literally drive that car for 20 years if you have to or want to..lol. PS GET THE STICK SHIFT My first car was a 91 white Honda Prelude, very "used", but still cool.

My first car is still my current car. A 1993 Ford Escort. I've wrecked it three times, replaced the brakes twice, but it gets the job done. ^^ Peep da chrome yaaaa

BMW was my first I have luckily since upgraded. Before anyone says "WTF" I didn't get my first car until I was 20. I basically learnt to drive quite late and really didn't need one that bad before but over the last few years have learnt I needed to have one.
