so with tonights game, he scored 58 points, an nba runner up season high...do you guys think he can be/is the greatest player ever, better than mj himself...i think 1 more championship can solidify that...personally they arent too far from it...a big man and they have it

Uhh, no. And if he's the greatest player ever, why does he need a big man?

Dude, have you been drinking? You're just having a field day making these stream of consciousness posts

edit: Is the post-padding necessary? Do you really need to say "I hope the Magic win again soon?" If you hadn't, I'd have thought you might want them to lose!

What the heck is this nonsense?

Come on man. you're watering every thread down

You think a championship can "solidify" that he's the greatest ever?

Wait, so, are you saying you think he has a case already? Bwahahaha. [IMG]

There is nothing wrong with posting Off-Topic threads, in fact JustBBall encourages them. As long as they are labeled OT, it's alright. These types of threads let you hear a certain group of people's point of view on a topic and usually branch into discussion that relates to the Magic forum. I'm gonna keep an eye on this thread but for now I'll leave it up.

As far as the one liners go, try to make each and every one of your posts count. If your post doesn't contribute to a thread, don't post in it. This is considered post padding and it makes it seem like you just want to raise your post count. JustBBall is for intelligent basketball discussion and the more time and thought you put into your posts, the better the discussion will be.

so i'll take this as no, he will never be near MJ...ok i just wanted to see your opinions, i obviously think he can and eventually will, by the way the reason he needs a big man is because when MJ played, the good big men were olajuwon, ewing, shaq?, malone...now the big men are shaq, tim, dirk, kg, even dwight howard and emeka, so it was easier back then to win w/out a big than it is today, you look at last year heat team and many say wade could be the next MJ, but the only reason they got so far and won is because of shaq, if it wasn't for him, they would have lost to detroit in the eastern finals
