After finally seeing him play in the game against the Lakers, I really think Andre Millers will be great for guys like Andre Iguodala and Rodney Carney. He's a terrific passer and has great court-vision. Like Gameface (AKA Blur) said before, it's a shame that Andre Miller is already 30 years old because him and Iguodala have the potential to be one of the most exciting duos in the league

Wow, that's reaching.
<div class="quote_poster">AIFan Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">most exciting duo's? Wow, that's reaching.</div> Not really. I didn't say they will be the most exciting duo, I said they have the potential to be one of the most exciting duos in the league. Iguodala is extremely young, and athletic. When he developes the guy can very well become an offensive force in the league. You take that into consideration with Andre Miller's terrific passing skills, they can be one of the most exciting duos in the league

We've all got different opinions

Like I said, I understood what you said and what you meant and I simply don't agree. We both gave our opinion, which differs, no harm in that, I'll not lose any sleep over it.

Anyway, DreMil is incredible. He's the pefect age to be our leader who is a pass first guy and EVERYONE has improved since he replaced Iverson. Dalembert, Hunter, Korver, Carney and Green are all getting easier points because of Andre setting them up. Iguodala too, but he's been good at creating his own shot which is exactly what we need.

And what exactly is the point of arguing or debating with someone about thier own personal opinion? I have no problem with my opinion being disagreed with, but it seems others do as they choose to take offense to it. I'm not arguing with him about his opinion so why the need to argue with me about mine? It's rather asinine, IMO. Now if it were facts that were in question then absolutely I'd be debating with him if I felt his facts weren't correct, but nothing I say is gonna change his opinion, and vice versa, so why even bother?

It's what people come here for, to show why ones point is better than anothers. I am pretty sure 99% of the people here realize that. Whatever, just drop it, you clearly don't understand it.

You said, "most exciting duos? Wow, that's reaching." So I just responded to prove my point. Then, it seemed to me you that you started to take it offensive, so I just told you that it's cool we've all got different opinions. I'm not here to start an arguement or anything

The 76ers could not trade Andre Miller, even if they wanted to, they have to wait until I believe the week before the trade deadline. This does not mean they are restricted from privately looking for deal, they being Miller and his agent. However, with a week to officially finalize things with another team, I doubt that they could strike a deal, too many details to be worked out. Just keep Miller is stock will be at an all time high next year, with his contract expiring, and the talent he brings on the court.

When you responded to my initial response, which you quoted above, you thought I misunderstood what you were saying and stressed in your response to me that you didn't think they are THE most exciting duo, rather ONE OF the most exciting duo's. I simply said that I understood what you were saying and didn't agree with it. Seeing as how you felt the need to basically repeat what you said in your first post in your second, a.) I chose not to argue about it with you seeing as that's your opinion, b.) attempted to dissuade any further attempts at convincing me of your opinion by saying "you stated your opinion, I stated mine, move on." No hostility there, no disrespect, just trying to avoid an argument about it by making it clear that we don't, and won't, see eye to eye about it so no need in dragging it on any further.

"I know what you said and what you meant, I simply don't agree and said as much, no need to argue my opinion with me. You shared yours, I shared mine, move on." That was what you wrote as a response, and it sounded like you were uptight about something. "most exciting duo's? Wow, that's reaching." Well, that one sentence really doesn't explain a thing, so I just responded by telling you my opinion, more in depth. I respect your opinion, and I know it is impossible for two people to agree on everything. I was just merely trying to explain my point. That's all. I guess maybe we just had a simple misunderstanding, which is all good
