<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Shaquille O'Neal is reportedly targeting the Jan.15 game against the Lakers at Staples Center for his return from knee injury. O'Neal, who did not play on Christmas Day when the Lakers lost at Miami, will travel with the Heat on its Western Conference trip.

Said Jackson, "Whenever Shaq plays, it's great for the game, it's great for the NBA. It always picks us up a little bit."

Jackson was asked again about O'Neal calling him "Benedict Arnold," presumably a missive regarding Jackson's return to coach the Lakers after he wrote a controversial tell-all book.

"The funny thing about it was a lot of our players didn't know what that meant," Jackson said. "It's like, 'What do they teach in school nowadays?'"</div>

I wonder which players didn't get it?

Anyways, I would be very skeptical if O'Neal returns to the court against the Lakers, and all of a sudden has a very dominant game, which will procceed to make him look like the Miami Heat's savior.

^ Off topic but I thought I had the best avatar on the forums. Now, I have the second best avatar. I don't know whats better then an Umair avatar. It's like The Ritz of avatars.

Oh and I think gump still turns up to Laker practices, I don't think he realises that he's not part of the team anymore. I doubt he understands what Shaq said.

Well Pat Riley won't make the trip, that might effect the outcome of the game.
