<div class="quote_poster">Chutney Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Not as lame as this movie will be. They're going overboard with the comic book movies now.</div> Agreed....Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer...what a joke.
jeez, everyone should have their own opinion. I personally think this one'll be good (despite the first one being pretty bad).

<div class="quote_poster">hustler Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I'm sorry, but after X-men 3, I just hated all these superhero movies. (Spiderman does not count).</div> Come on now, that first Spider-Man movie was a joke the way they depicted Green Goblin. I thought I was watching Power Rangers. Killing off Doc Ock in the second film was a pathetic way to close. The third movie has that skinny kid from That 70's Show playing Eddie Brock, I mean wtf is that? I respect your opinion if you all liked those films, that's cool, but for me personally I just find them too cheesy. The only really good hero movies I've ever seen were Batman and Batman Begins. Hellboy was pretty good, I liked that they followed the comic with the exception of making Liz a bigger part of the story. Other then that I've been pretty disapointed. I also don't like the fact that Robert Downey will be playing Iron Man. Next will be Captain America being trashed (in a more modern sense) and the death of comics will be upon us. Wait a second, it already has come what with that Civil War series going on. I don't know what the hell Marvel were thinking with that. As for the Fantastic Four 2 film I bet you all they won't even make the right connection between Galactus and the Silver Surfer. I personally prefer the extremely low-budget never released film from 1994. It follows the real story more accurately and if you're a fan I assume you'll like it anyway despite the effects being cheesy as hell. See for yourself on youtube.com. Start with Part One and make your way through.
I don't see anything wrong with the Spiderman movies (I liked the Green Goblin and I don't care about Doc Ock dying to be honest). As for this Fantastic Four movie, it looks like it could be ok enough to watch; I wouldn't bash it yet.
