    It was indeed, and the Sacramento Bee printed a false news article saying that Kobe wasn't food poisoned, but rather he was hung over because he got piss drunk ... he sued the paper and they recinded the article and printed an apology

    Kinda pathetic that they do this, it's not even the playoffs yet they try to sabatoge the lakers. What goes around comes around.
