Why do the Warriors keep getting these back end of back-to-back road games vs. a fully-rested Suns team? Sheesh. Talk about an uphill battle. Can they find anyone to clamp down on Raja Bell on the perimeter? We all saw what Ray Allen did to us last night from outside, that doesn't bode well for the Warriors vs. a team like the Suns who have multiple three-point threats. I don't think the Warriors can outrun the Suns and I don't think they can outshoot them, so this looks like a loss, although the Warriors often seem to get up to play good teams so I can see it being competitive. I expect a DNP-CD for Ike tonight [IMG]

Suns are just so damn good all the way around. Everyone on that team passes so well, they just know they'll get it back. Even Stoudamire made some crisp, precise passes against the Heat for easy assists. Must be fun playing with Nash.

Baron is going to have to be Baron, and Beans is going to have to be Beans.

But someone else must have a break out game for GS to win. Barnes again? A welcome back 30pt game for Monta? That's what it'll take, IMO.

Put in Ike to get Amare in foul trouble? I'm serious!

Large arsenal of moves like from Baron, Ellis, and Ike could be a factor tonight. Because the defender doesn't quite know how to react.

Baron questionable with wrist injury...we really need him in there. He's the heart and soul of the team

Ike only played 4 mins last night... but 2 things happen when he's in the paint with the ball. He either scores or he gets fouled, then he scores from the line. We definitely need him to show Amare up.

Not show him up, but take him out of the game like they almost did with Ray Allen when he had to sit with 5 fouls. Amare sort of has this game where he's good for putbacks and open lane cuts to the rim, but his post game isn't as refined. So if we slow to halfcourt in some situations, they'll have to shoot more. If we run, I think Amare's only going to warm up and get Biedrins in foul trouble when he cuts to the rim. Biedrins has to help out a lot on some of our perimeter defenders that get posted up or burned off the dribble. So if we stays out of the paint, guys like Marion, Diaw, and Amare can just rock the rim.

So I don't get these inconsistent foul calls. It's like we're playing nba live 2007.

Also, who was guarding Barbosa? Whoever that is they're/he is getting rocked.

wow, I never realized how bad Monta's passing fundamentals were. His entry passes suck, his chest passes suck, his bounce passes suck, and he doesn't know how soft/ or fast to deliver the ball sometimes.

They gotta put a real point guard in soon or else he'll get 10 turnovers by the end of this half.
    ******
Crap Monta's our best player this game and damnit he got his 4th foul on a stupid touch foul. Man, he's playing dumb now. What gives??
    ******
Man now I don't want to trade Richardson because now that I think about it, he's our best inside finisher next to Ellis. Nobody else can really make driving layups.

Wow lol -- Dunleavy spent 15 seconds trying to post up the PG Barbosa but he got out-muscled and couldn't even get position... then he finally got the ball and bricked a fade-away jumper. Dunleavy is horrible, I don't care. He's 6-9 and gets man-handled by little point guards... WTF!?! Dude, that's pathetic.

yeah, damn at least we're seeing Ike + Biedrins on the floor.

Also, I'm beginning to think we need to intiate through Kelenna AZ because he's the most fundamentally sound + athletic + shooter on the floor. Pietrus + Ellis are just not there yet.

I don't like how the refs give the calls to the suns when we do the same thing and they dont call anything

My sentiments exactly... block/charge/touch fouls/travelling violations...

Its the same thing that the steelers said about the colts when they went into the super bowl. It feels like the league just wants them to win and see us suffer another season without making the playoffs AGAIN
