I say Greg Oden hands down. He's still recovering from a recent injury and he makes it look effortless. He's gotta be the most dominant player in the NCAAB. I definetly think he goes number 1.

Is there a question? Oden is the hands down lock for #1, regardless of who gets it. He's the best center prospect to come out since Shaq. The only way he won't go #1 this year is if he doesn't declare for draft, in that case, look for Durant to be taking the top honors.

I think Noah made a big mistake staying back another year. Florida won't win the championship, and now that Oden is here, he can't even get #1 pick while he had a good chance of being #1 last year.

Oden eaisly. If Oden doesn't come out, it'll be Kevin Durant.

does being the #1 pick really matter that much?

If Oden declares then this shouldn't be a question.

I like Durant more than Oden, but Oden gets so much publicity, it's hands down to Oden. But in the long run, I like Durant more because of his ability and his body. Who wouldn't want a 6'11" SF that has crazy skills and is still young?

I think it'll be Oden if he leaves. I hope he stays. If all of Thee Ohio State University stays, they will have a nice chance at winning the championship.

He's a legit 7' and great bigs are just so hard to find. He's going to be a great center in this league for years to come when he does come, and finding a talent like him to play your center spot just doesn't happen very often.

Noah doesn't need the money and he loves it at UF playing with his best friends. He also has a lot of friends on the football team. If he was given a "do-over" and was able to choose between going pro to be a Top 3 pick or staying in college one more year again, I bet he makes the EXACT same decision. Honestly I doubt he's even a lottery guy this year. I think Horford and Brewer both go before him and he might stay for another year with Taureen Green to graduate. He'll eventually play in the NBA anyway and likely as a 1st rounder. Money just isn't a big deal for him.

Who says the Gators won't win the national championship again? March is a looooooooooooooong way away, but the Gators still have as good of a chance as anyone to win it all.

Kevin Durant is making a case for himself to be the #1 pick. He's averaging 20/10 and can score from all over the court and is a solid defender. The KG comparisons are pretty accurate.

But I think Oden is almost effortlessly dominating the court in every game he plays. He easily outplayed both Noah and Horford when he played Florida, and they are the best big guy duo in the country.

Are you serious? He outplayed Horford and Noah? Horford was playing on 1 foot and pretty much owned Oden in that game. You can argue that he outplayed Noah, but Noah helped get him in foul trouble and it certainly was NOT EASILY outplayed. You CANNOT argue that Oden outplayed Horford. Horford got a double double against him(11 and 11 with 3 assists and 3 blocks), while Oden got 7 points and 6 boards and 4 blocks against Horford, when they were matched up quite often. Noah had 7 points 8 boards 3 blocks AND 4 assists, so you could argue either way(but Horford/Richard were the ones that Oden was matched up against).

Maybe you watched a different game then I did, but even Richard, who isn't known for his defense was pushing him out of position and making it difficult for him to do anything on offense.

He really didn't play well at all against the Gators and he certainly did not dominate both Horford and Noah and if he did it certainly wasn't "EASILY"

Are you serious man? I said I liked Durant first of all, but Oden just gets to much damn publicity. Durant is 6'11", 1 lousy inch shorter than Oden but Durant probably has bigger wingspan. Durant has a lot more versatile game than Oden. Durant can play PF like a Bosh type player down the road IMO but he can play SF very effectively. Durant will have the versatility of Lamar Odom but with much more upside and talent. I'd love to get my hands on a player like Durant more than Oden. Oden just doesn't have that mean streak that a good big man needs. If he has it, I haven't seen it yet, he just uses his size and athleticism to dominate. The only thing I like about Oden is that he can use both hands effieciently, he's shooting veyr good from the line with is left hand right now. Oden just gets shoved around too much though, I don't like that. A big man like Oden has to be tough or else he'll get shoved around in the NBA by the bigger more stronger players. I just like Durant though, he's got the complete package. He's much like a Rashard Lewis on the perimeter but can play post like Bosh if he works on it. If Durant can keep up the way he's playing, I expect him to compete with Oden for the #1 spot.
