What do you think of the new banner?

Here in the Lakers forum. Personally, I think it's awesome. Bynum 4 life!

 

I think it's perfect to have Bynum in the pic. It represents the future.

 

Its so huge, it gives the Laker forum a better look than any other.
Great work by whoever its done by.

I think it's probably Trench.

 

It's really amazing and gives the impression of a force, which obviously Bynum is.

the fact that it's bigger than other teams = wack. imo laker homerism will drive people away from this site so keep it democratic if you want to keep getting lots of hits.

IMO they are probably working on something similar for all the other boards so you should stay patient. It's probably people with their impatient homerisms like you that will drive people away from this website.

 

P.S. I don't understand why you're whinging over a banner.

Go check out the Sonics, Wolves, or Nuggets board. They are slowly adding new ones to each forum.

 

Why do the Nuggets have Kenyon Martin? lol. It looks good, but why not Iverson or Carmelo?

Before you start calling our banners wack, go and visit the rest of the team forums. Many of them have bigger banners and in the next couple weeks the rest will have new banners to match this one. I just happened to finish this one first.

The banner was done awhile back. (before the season started) We just happen to start putting them up now. We will eventually have rotating banners of the starting 5 so Kmart will be coming down and Iverson and Melo will be coming up. The site design team just happen to only have a cut of Kenyon at the time.

Oh! Wow! So every team forum will eventually have rotating starting 5 banners?

 

That is 150 banners!
