Bulls lead 18 - 16 at the end of the first.

Bulls take a 40 - 30 lead at half time.

If this shooting keeps up the lead is worth about 20.

What I have noticed lately is we play up or down to the competition depending who we play against. If we played with a consistent "need to win" attitude, like we did against Miami (first time) and Detroit, we would be far better.

I agree that the bulls play down to their opposition. But if you play ever game like its game 7 when the playoffs come everyone will be burnt out.

Bulls blow another double digit lead at halftime. Both teams shot horrible. Hinrich couldn't make a shot to save his life. Noc just flat out couldn't shoot after the first half. McGrady came up big for the Rockets, and a couple of wide-open 3's that finally went in.

Why did Hinrich start guarding McGrady at the end when Deng was in the game and he was doing fine on him?

Anybody else see the article in the paper? About Hinrich maybe tired from the Olympics stuff like most of the guys on the team. It's pretty interesting because it said like the stats of players are either all up or all down and it mentioned guys getting injured. Mentioned LeBron, Hinrich, Wade getting injured, Bosh getting injured, Brand's stats are down, Brad Miller is down.

that was a pathetic effort from the bulls
the only time it looked like they had any energy was during that run to get them the lead in the fourth

This was one of the most boring games I've seen as a Bulls fan and especially because we didn't get the win. We haven't been able to make many three's in a while. Struggling from there except during the Pistons game.

Because of the "circus trip." This has been going on for as long as the team has been playing at the United Center, so you know.

I am, of all colleges I only follow Illinois. I was surprised Luther fell so low in the draft, but he managed to go to the right team that will allow him to prove himself.

That's cool. I didn't know really know who he was until the Rockets drafted him. Some said he had a chip on his shoulder...found that interesting.

I am not so sure about the Rockets being the right team to prove himself. JVG probably wouldn't have played Luther if there weren't so many injuries last season. He did prove himself early, but hit the proverbial rookie wall.

Good luck on your next game Baby Bulls.

I'm a Illini fan and fellow most of the recent Illini in the NBA. But, Head was projected as a 2nd rounder, and then improved his stock by a lot from the pre-draft camp where everybody saw he was an amazing athlete. So where he went would probably be high for where the so called experts where saying he would go before the draft camp.

The Bulls didn't have a first round pick that draft anyway, so it doesn't really matter.
