<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Standing inside the Bulls locker room following Monday?s loss to Houston, Kirk Hinrich couldn?t believe the box score. He hit just 1 of 11 shots against the Rockets, completing a two-game run of shooting 3-for-22 from the field, which works out to an icy 13.6 percent. ?I guess I?m frustrated,? Hinrich said. ?I really can?t believe it. To have back-to-back games like that, I can?t remember it happening very often. It seems like all year I?ve struggled to get it going offensively in this building, for whatever reason. ?I?ll just shake it off and try to fix it. Try to shake up my routine and do whatever I?ve got to do to get out of whatever?s going on here.? This was Hinrich?s third game back after sitting out twice with a groin strain. He said the injury doesn?t bother him and didn?t think the time off messed up his rhythm. ?I just tried to come out tonight offensively and play with confidence,? he said. ?I thought I did it. A lot of my shots, I felt really good. They just didn?t go in. I think I was long on a majority of them, had some go in and out. I still can?t believe it.? Head ready to help Illini: Atlanta Falcons coach Jim Mora Jr. caught plenty of heat when he told a radio host last month he would drop everything to return to the University of Washington, his alma mater. Houston Rockets guard Luther Head went the same route before Monday?s game against the Bulls, saying he?d gladly don the orange and blue to help his former Illinois teammates recover from an 0-2 start in the Big Ten. ?Man, I want to be back,? said Head, a second-year pro. ?I can?t complain with where I am now, but I feel sorry for my team. I hate to see them struggle. ?I think there?s enough talent. I think it?s just a lack of leadership. I think everybody looked to Dee (Brown) for leadership when he was there. Now nobody wants to step up. I think that?s the biggest problem.?</div> Source
Hinrich was shooting pretty bad even before he got injured.. hopefully he can start making some shots, we could have used them yesterday.
