Doesn't look like there's going to be a game thread.

So, post your comments here.

No prob.

Good start by the Nets. I like the way Vince is playing. This is how I want him to play all the time.

Look at how the raptors score the last 7 points with Carter on the bench and the Nets have not scored once. You guys suck. I hope Carter leaves by the end of this season. LOL.. hahahaha..

Why do you guys live in the past, you didn't have half the roster from that team that you did back then. Where's Kenyon, Kittles, etc. Stop being so ignorant. You guys must notice that the only reason why Carter is playing like this is because he's an ex-raptor.

Nets first half stats:
Vince: 24 points, 3 assists
JKidd: 3 points, 8 assists
RJ: 8 points, 4 rebounds
House: 6 points

VC with 24 points already and 7 FT attempts. Let's hope he continues this in the second half.

The playoffs? That was before the Nets lost Kenyon Martin. But Carter is playing heated up, haha, he'll prolly beat the Raptors cuz we're his old team, then go on to help the Nets lose the next 5 games afterwards while the Raptors go on to shut the Nets out of the playoffs =P

Good game by the Nets. They played great on the offensive end, but had a couple of careless turnovers. At times they gave too many open jumpshots, but fortunately are offense was great.

I really like the Carter played the game. He didn't force many shots, and was fierce going inside. When he plays like that, it is a good sign for the Nets

Jefferson missed a few open layups, but was explosive as well. Good job RJ.

Kidd 10 pts 8 rebs 14 asts
Carter 32 pts 5 rebs 7 asts
Jefferson 21 pts 5 rebs
Moore 12 pts 8 rebs
Nachbar 12 pts 5 rebs
Williams 4 pts 4 asts

Great overall effort by almost everyone on the team. Vince once in a while attacks the basket, but I don't expect him to do it for the next few games. VC has been playing inconsistent and I'm not saying he is playing great until he has a similar performance of this game for at least the next few games.

Mikki Moore has played Nenad Krstic's role much more than I expected. He played great also. 12 points and 8 rebounds isn't superstar stats, but as long as he pitched in and did his part, us Nets' fans should be happy.

Kidd played great with 14 assists, 10 points, and 8 rebounds. Shy of once again another triple double. RJ played great too. 18-21 points is around where he should be. He didn't rebound the ball well, but his excellent play should make that unnoticeable.

Overall a great game by the Nets to regain first place in the Atlantic division.

This will be my last post on this thread, but I really don't see how Kidd contributes anything to this team without Carter playing beside him. He can't move the ball effectively unless Carter in on the court, now remember I said unless Carter is on the court. This is not Kidd's team, it's Carter's.

and correct me if I'm wrong, but I did not use profanity in my previous post and I thought we could get heated here.

What's the point in saying things and agreeing all the time, when there's more fun in disagreeing and backing up things to say, and since y'all are so trigger happy w/ reporting people, I'm going to definitely be trigger happy and report the lot of you.

Oh great game Carter. You have this way of making Kidd look good.
