What concerst has everybody been to? I've been to only 3, with one coming up on Saturday.

When I was 7, I went with my cousin to an Nsync concert [IMG].

For my birthday last year, I went to go see Staind. They're were fuckin incredible. One hell of a show, especially the closer, Mudshovel. Hurt and Three Days Grace opened up for Staind. Hurt was awesome.

My girlfriend loves Nickelback, so over the summer I took her to go see them. I have to admit, they know how to put on a good show. They have a great stage presence. Hinder (absolutely terrible), Chevelle (great performance, yet boring at the same time), and Hoobastank (they were worse than Nsync).

This Saturday, I'm going to go see Aaron Lewis' acoustical concert, should be an awesome show.

I'd love to see the RHCP and Jack Johnson live.

I think I've been to five. I went to Music as a Weapon III a few weeks ago, awesome show. Disturbed was great, Stone Sour stole the show, and Nonpoint is the single best opener I've seen. Flyleaf sucked though.

I saw Jagermeister earlier this year, same show Mamba went to. Pretty much the same opinion. Staind owned and 3DG and Hurt were fantastic also.

After that I saw Hurt again as a headliner with a couple unknown bands, I-Nine and East 18. It was actually one of the best shows I've been to this year. East 18 was amazing even though I'd never heard of them (despite the fact they're local - from Iowa City). Hurt...wow. They were good at Jager and even better as a headliner. Danse Russe is one of the best songs I've ever seen live.

Way back last year I also saw Nickelback, Trapt, and Default. Great show. Nickelback is simply awesome live, as is Trapt. Default wasn't too bad.

And, way back in June of '05 was my very first concert. I saw 3 Doors Down, Staind, and Breaking Benjamin. This is probably the best show I've been to. 3DD is simply awesome live. Staind rocked that night. Breaking Benjamin nearly stole the show, they were just awesome.

This year, I've got a few to look forward to. Hopefully going to see Hinder/Finger 11/Black Stone Cherry at the end of this month. I like all the bands, and even though I've heard a lot of negative about Hinder's show, I still wouldn't mind seeing them. Sevendust is also swinging around with Diecast and I'm hoping to go see that show, even though it'll be mosh-heaven. And lastly, I'm going to see Breaking Benjamin/Three Days Grace/Nickelback in March. Seen all of em live and they all rock, so I can't wait for this one.

I would love to see the other two bands though, especially BSC. I'm a huge fan of their album and I think they'd put on a hell of a good show.

I havent really been to a concert of sorts, but a DJ set if you want to include that. Anyway, I went and saw UK DJ Michael Gray on NYE, for those who dont know him, he did the songs "Borderline" and "The Weekend" which are world reknown.

I'm going to see Danish DJ Trentem?ller this weekend, and US House legend Roger Sanchez on the 27th.

Yup. I saw them playing at a local bar a few months ago maybe, probably two or so and as Mamba said, terrible. I'd also add horrible, and every other word that ends in -ible with a dissatisfied meaning. I had one beer, and walked out after two songs. $20 down the drain, beer was good though.

People talk about enhancing music over computers and stuff, voice enhancers...they define it. I thought I was listening to your average 14 year old boy singing while going through puberty. Save the money Moo!

Of any band I've heard or seen live they have got to be the best, personally. They just can get you emotional through the music and you see that even as they play, it effects them as well.

    <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Chevelle</div>

I've seen them so many times, oofa. They do put on a good, but boring show. I remember back in 1996 they debuted at a small event around Gurnee, their hometown. I got to see them back then because I was visiting Six Flags at the time. Since then they've gone far, but I haven't been impressed with their work since their Squint 1999 major label debut album. Point #1 was crazy live before they stopped with the fire effects on stage like they do in the video.

That's a huge loss in my opinion for a band that wasn't good live for you. Bands like Dredg and Venus for example still charge 5 to 14 dollars at the door or online despite their fame and amazing performances. I remember Venus charging 8 Euros for a special 250 people only show at a church in Bruxelles, Belgium. That's crazy, I wish I could've gone to that.

    Metallica
    Godsmack
    Nine Inch Nails

Metallica was easily my favorite concert.

And I will soon be adding another concert to my list. I'm going to be going to see Hurt again (for the third time) on February 14th. $15 for the show and I'll be getting my tickets Monday. These guys are absolutely huge here in Iowa, not sure about elsewhere. This is will be the third time since May that they'll have been in my area, and I'll have gone to them every time. These guys put on an absolutely awesome show (Mamba will vouch for me) and I can't wait to see them again. I'm just wondering who the opener will be...

They do put on an amazing show, especially the song with the violin.

I just got back from the Aaron Lewis concert, simply amazing. He blew me away. His voice has no limit to where it can reach, the best voice I've heard (some bias there). He did perfect covers of Tool, Guns n Roses, and others. Great show Moo, if you have the chance to catch him live, do it.

I'm taking my girlfriend to see Daughtry at the end of the month.

I've been to a few good ones, but the best concert was taste of chaos last year. Kinda like a winter warped tour. Some of the best bands there were Atreyu, As i lay dieing, Thrice, Deftones, Story of the year, and some others. I was front row and it was probably the sweetest concert of my life.

No he didn't. I've seen him (rather Staind) cover Sober before and it was utterly ridiculous. They cannot match up to the power that Tool has, especially when it comes to the vocals and the drums.

It's actually done with a guitar on the CD, but it's still a great track, and a simply awesome song to see live, probably one of my favorite songs I've ever seen performed.

I'm REALLY hoping he comes to Iowa...really hoping. Or maybe, I'll get really lucky, and he'll hop on the Nickelback tour for that date and open up...ok, unlikely, but regardless. I really want to see him live.
