Howard needs to score on the wide open jumpshots <font color=""Red"">let Luther Head hit another 3!! </font> <font color=""purple"">Lakers:</font> Keep Tmac from scoring more than 30, Give Kobe the ball in the clutch, defend luther head! Talk about the game here.. I think that if T-Mac and Kobe will go at it tonight. I expect low defense from the Lakers so T-Mac will have a big night along with kobe. Last 2 meeting we didn't have T-Mac and the games were down to the wire. We'll see this excellent duo go at it, T-Mac vs. Kobe!
A win would be nice, but I'm not expecting it. Lakers should play well after an embarassing loss yesterday to the Grizzlies. Rockets have T-Mac this game, but they also lost their one big advantage in this matchup (Yao Ming). But we should be able to handle their pressure defense better with T-Mac on the floor. Hopefully Snyder can play some minutes to give us extra size in the backcourt when McGrady is resting. This is one of the bigger games of the seaosn for the Rockets. We're going to be battling them for the 5th (maybe even the 4th) seed. A win will tie up our records, while a loss will put us a couple games behind them.
Just to give you guys a heads up, the Grizzlies scored 46 points on us in the third quarter. So basically what I'm saying is, our defense isn't all that great. Good luck
Another monster game brought to you by Dikembe Mutombo Mpolondo Mukamba lo mo Jean Jacque Wamutombo Production. Oh my!
Great win against a good team who is competing with us for a playoff spot. Moster game by mutumbo. Even with mcgrady reverting back to his distributing ways and we still won.
Tmac with 8 points and we still win? wow. Mutombo with another good rebounding game with 19. Alston finally came back as the real "skiptomylue" and scored 20. Howard played great with 20+ points and 10+ rebounds. Battier with a good job on Kobe and he hit some nice jumpers. Head off the bench with some good plays. <font color=""Red""> MUTOMBO PASSED UP ABDUL-JABBAR ON THE ALL-TIME BLOCK LIST TO BE NUMBER SECOND BEHIND OLAJUWON. MUTOMBO BLOCKED BYNUM'S DUNK!! GO MUTOMBO!! KEEP ON WAVING THE FINGER!!</font>
Nice victory guys, and big props to Mutumbo. The guy was blocking shots all over the place. He looked like he was 25 years old out there, as opposed to 40. I'm actually glad you guys blew us out. We were going to lose anyways, so I'm thankful you guys embarrassed our ***es. That's two blow out losses straight for this Laker squad, so hopefully they realize they aren't invinsible and actually come out and play with some sort of energy. Also, McGrady looked like he hurt his back on that one play in the end of the first half. I hope it wasn't too serious because it would suck if he would have to miss anymore time after just recovering from an injury
Did you see Luther posterized Ronnie Turiaf? What a thunderous dunk by Luther from the baseline. It's nice to see everyone contributing in this game. Though TMac didn't score a lot tonight he made a lot of plays dishing out 12 assists. I hope Deke(19 rebs; 5 blks) continues to dominate the paint. He'll gonna have a big matchup waiting on friday against the Nugget's Marcus Camby.
