Krstic Undergoes Successful Knee Surgery

The procedure was performed by Dr. David Altchek and Dr. Riley Williams III at the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan.

    Krstic will begin rehabilitation immediately and is expected to be ready for the start of the 2007-08 training camp.

    Krstic played in 26 games this season, averaging 16.4 ppg and 6.8 rpg. He ranked 17th in the NBA in field goal percentage, shooting 52.6% from the field, and had five double-doubles on the season. Throughout his three year NBA career, Krstic has averages of 12.4 ppg and 6.0 rpg in 181 games.</div>

    I'm glad to hear that his surgery was successful, the guy seems to have been developing well up to this point.
