On Utah, a career high 54 as we knock off the Jazz in OT to snap the losing streak. Nick comes up big again with 25/13, and Earl with 16 assists. What odds on Luke not having a single dime and the team scoring 122? What is his future with this franchise? Box.
18 points in the final quarter, including 15 in the last five minutes, a trey over Boozer to force OT and another six points in the extra period. I am interested to see what fault Shieky finds with such a display.
Gelabale had a terrible game too. Boozer was a monster again for the Jazz, putting up 32 / 16. Also really exciting to see Collison stepping up recently I hope this trend continues.
Was quite amazing that when the game went to OT, we only had three guys in double figures scoring wise. Just a superhuman effort from Ray, given he sat half of the first quarter in foul trouble and only had two points after one.
Unbelievable performance by Ray given that we looked dead in the water in the beginning of the game and when everyone knew we were going to Ray he was able to work himself free enough to make a game tying three look pretty routine. I found no faults at all in that performance. Like Casual says, it helps increase his market value considerably.
Great display of shooting ability by Ray, obviously. That last shot to tie it was unbelievable, reminded me of that shot he made against Sac during the miracle year. I'm more encouraged by Collison's 25 and 13, I don't expect it every night but a consistent 15 and 10 would be nice. And it looks like we still don't have an answer for Boozer, he's known for terrorizing us at the Key and he did it again.
Wow finally. I been waiting for this all season. Maybe this game will redeem Ray Allen's confidence with getting over a hot team this season in the Jazz. This could be the turn around point for this team.
