With the Nets playing better I figured the trade talks might die down. Either way, I guess the Nets are looking to get a good man. I have mixed feelings about it. Of course he is better than guys like Ely, and Howard, but would he make us that good? He is a great player, but will he dominant enough to help us win. I don't know, but it just has me thinking.

RJ and a filler for Gasol would be good. I don't wan't to give up too much. The Grizziles are way out of playoff position so they might want to rebuild or start think about next season.
why would the grizzlies want RJ or Carter? they're trying to develope rudy gay and get him pt so he can fulfill his potential. Doesn't really seem like the trade would make much sense for the Grizz.
Gasol would be a great addition to the squad, but Memphis can't trade anyone right now because of the ownership problems they have.
I think Jerry West wants a superstar, so if the trade is done, it's most likely for Vince. I'd do it, easily, as long as we don't give up too much youth.
