Right now they might suck because a lot of these teams have young guys, so I will say in about 2-3 years, this division will improve when some of the guys develop their games, but this season has been very very very bad for them. Even the division leader (Raptors) aren't above .500.

Well, there's a reason for each team's record:

Raptors: Have had a pretty tough schedule, have missed Bosh, got ruined by Babcock and are still rebuilding, mainly youth, bad coaching

Nets: Off-court problems, no inside prescence, bad coaching, injury problems

Knicks: Still trying to climb out of the hole that they've been digging for the last couple of years, underperforming players, Isiah Thomas

    Sixers: Rebuilding, bad coaching

Boston: Young, inexperienced team, bad coaching

I believe that in a few years, they Atlantic will be a top division, especially if all the teams have good drafts this season. Each and every team, especially Boston, has an excellent collection of young players who can become future stars if they work hard.

Notice the one constant, bad coaching. I agree with everything you said Kobimel.
