Do you trade some picks to move up to get a franchise QB?
    or
Do you use all of the picks yourself and build toward the future?

I'd go with building up for the future, however Minnesota addressed alot of needs in the off season so maybe trading up a few of their picks would make sense if they wanted to grab a Vince Young or Jay Cutler.

The vikes are weak at so many positions, that i think they should try and trade down and get more picks

Trade your first round pick for Matt Schaub... Workout a similar deal to what I said. I think Schaub is def worth it and fits the offense Childress is running and he's better than any player they could get at #17.
