I kinda figured that Culpepper would get cleared of the charges. Since it looks like McNair's day as a Titan are over, Where does he end up playing next season?
Good to hear Culpepper's charges were dropped. Now maybe he can move on.. Weren't the Titans the ones who restructured McNair's contract? I think so.. Correct me if I'm wrong but if they did then it's their own fault.
Well Mcnair is done in tennesse.. u know they will Draft Vince Young with the 3rd overall pick in this seasons Draft.. Mcnair needs to be paid less he is a good QB and all but he has been hurt way to much.. I wouldn't over pay for a broken down car why would u for a broken down QB?
I can see them drafting Leinart before Young, Norm Chow is trhe Titans O-Coordinator so there is a strong connection between Leinart and the titans. I also think Bily Volek is a good QB
Honestly, I don't understand this move with McNair. I can understand them wanting to restructure. I could understand giving him a time limit to restructure or face being cut. I can't imagine the Titans not wanting him to be a part of the team and work out there unless they are for sure going to cut him. Assuming he is willing to fix the deal to their liking, and comes back, he has lost a certain part of that team workout atmosphere. Sure, it may not be as important given he is a vet, but a team that finished last year that bad can use all the help they can. Just a screwy way to handle everything.
Matt leinert will be taken second overall but new orleans will trade the slot to someone else who will draft him.. Leaving tennessee with young or cutler.. and i see cutler going to the jets so leaves young going to tenneessee i could be wrong..

I see the Jets moving up for Leinart and then the Titans going Young and then the Saints going probably Mario Williams..
no u missed the part where i said new orleans will trade the second slot to someone else who will draft leinart...lmao u edited your original post lmao

I did a good job of keeping it a secret though consideirng hte big EDIT: in front.
for everyone who didn't see his original post asked if i missed the Drew brees signing.. lol there now everyone knows
Well it's widely known that the Jets want Leinart & vice versa so a trade up to #2 is highly possible. I've heard rumors that the Titans like Young, but with McNair all but gone Leinart would make more sense. He's ready to start now where as Young would probably need a year or 2. Regardless, by burning McNair the Titans have put themselves in a position where they almost have no choice but to take a QB with their 1st pick. Jets still have Pennington & may be better served to take Mario Williams or D'Brickashaw.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Bears#1Fan)</div><div class='quotemain'>for everyone who didn't see his original post asked if i missed the Drew brees signing.. lol there now everyone knows </div> ok.... Titans could still draft Young at pick #3 if Leinart goes at #2. They have Billy Volek who is a decent enough starter this year for them and Young can come in next year. Mike Vick played the year after his rookie year. Vince Young sure can as well..

What a great turn of events in the Ravens favor. I would love for the Titans to release him and he will be on his way to Baltimore.
