Wade loses it when Kobe forced him to the right which Wade hasn't been shooting well from that side.

Wade fouls Parker on the other end.

Parker hits his first free throw.

Parker makes the second one. Miami Timeout. Lakers by five. 16.1 left.

    Wade misses.

Cooks gets a rebound. He gets fouled he hits one free throw.

    Looks like the Lakers win.

"Kobe Bryant's defense on Wade changed this game."- Steve Kerr.

    Lakers win! 124-118.

We are 25-13. And about 11-7 without Odom. Damn, Kobe was not getting calls most of that game.

12 of Kobe's points were in the last 10 minutes when it mattered, cool.

Kobe outplayed Wade this time, good win for the Lakers as a team. I'm still kind of perplexed at how you guys are constantly complaining about the officiating. It's like you all mimic Kobe's "the world is against me attitude." The Lakers got their fair share of calls in this game, especially down the stretch.

What bothers me is when Zo clearly fouls Kobe and he doesn't get anything. I don't know about the entire team in general, but Kobe was not getting much love today. Though the "foul" on Haslem at the end, was not a foul of course. I just wanted a make-up call.

I'd like to note that the Heat were called for 24 fouls to the Lakers 22 (take away 2 for the intentionals at the end there) and it's equal. So why are you guys complaining? Because all of a sudden it's in style to bitch about the calls Wade gets? Some of you made up your mind beforehand to b*tch for the sake of b*tching, regardless of how the game played out.

The Lakers got their fair share of calls? From the boxscore it looks like they got a total of 20 FTA's as a team, Wade has 13, team has 31. [IMG]

I'm kind of at a loss as to how Wade fans always seem to have 20/20 vision when he makes a shot, but always look at their feet when he gets an obvious B.S. call.

The officiating may have been bad on the Lakers end ([IMG]), but it was worse with the Heat.

XSV, watch it. You're walking a fine line right now, if you cross it, you'll be issued an infraction.

Why is everyone hating on Wade, for the calls referees make? Can he control that?

Smush had a weird game... He was 5-14 from the field in general but was 5-7 from the three point line.

He had 5 rebs, 4 asts, and 17 points.

Space Cadet was decent (11 points; 2-3 on threes) and Cook provided that LO replacement we needed (25 points, 10 rebounds, 4 asts, and 3 blocks).

Thank You! No Offense to any Laker fan in here cause I AM one and I was watching the entire game...granted there were BS calls and non-calls...blame the refs not the players. In the end who has the whistle? So there..on that note good win by the Lakers and can't wait to see there games against SA and DAL. Matches us up with the elite and I want to see how we do.

I'm not saying the refs aren't to blame but what annoys me is that Dwyane Wade expects to get these calls. Towards the end of the game, Wade tried to draw contact in the paint and when the refs didn't call anything, he stared down the official and started complaining. While the refs should be criticized for being biased, Wade's "I deserve calls" attitude bugs me.

Wade got better numbers again. But late in the 4th and in the overtime, Kobe was more under control and more decisive.

I hate the refs, and I don't like Wade for reasons I'd rather not explain to avoid a flame war.

But what always gets me is the Wade fans. Like I said they have 20/20 vision when he makes an incredible play, but then their vision becomes blurred when a B.S. call is made.

in that case, I misunderstood your post that quoted. and to this quote I do understand what you mean with Wade...in my previous post I didn't clear the fact that I was only talking about Players and Refs. About the players and their attitudes I do understand what you mean about Wade, it bothers me too considering he carries that attitude with ticky-tac fouls and Kobe gets hacked and nothing happens...can someone say Double Standard? anyways sorry for misintrepreting you. still love ya [IMG]

Wade shouldn't be call "The Flash". He should be call "D'Whistle" aka Dwyane Wade. If you get near D'Whistle, it's a foul whether you like it or not. I think Pat Riley made a big mistake, letting The Glove guarding Kobe instead of D'Whistle, otherwise there would be no hand check foul on The Glove.

The game would have ended before OT if the refs made consistent decisions. I don't care if they make BS calls, as long as they make BS calls for both teams. The refs were clearly on the Heat's side.

Oh and lol at D'Whistle. It's not his fault that he gets unfair calls but the nickname suits. [IMG]
