One is listed at 7 feet and 285 pounds, the other at 6-11 and 265. One celebrated his 19th birthday last October. The other turned 21 last month.

But that's where the similarities end between New Jersey-bred center Andrew Bynum of the Lakers and his shorter, slightly older counterpart, Atlanta-bred Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic. The two lined up against one another tonight in Staples Center and, if arrangements can be made, plan to train together this summer.

Howard, thrown right into the starting lineup by the Magic after being taken with the No. 1 pick in the 2004 draft, is a rising star in his third NBA season, the leading scorer and rebounder for a team sitting atop the Southeast Division.</div>

What does this mean? How can they train together? and where? [IMG]

    Are you serious?

They aren't controlled by the NBA. They can do what they please in the off season, including training. Kobe taught Wade how to play defense this past summer, NBA players train together all the time.

I love the fact that Bynum is going to get the opportunity to workout with Howard!!!

Actually Kobe and Wade never hooked up because Kobe had surgery. They were going to workout together during the World Championships.

However, Kobe and KG have been working out for quite a few seasons now in Cali.

I think they planned on inviting Bynum this summer to workout with them.

Dammit, why did Kobe have to train Wade to play defense ?;D;D Okay okay just kidding.

Yeah training with Howard will be great for him, but I think that working with Duncan would be even greater, beacuse now we're talking about maybe the best player since 1998 or smth.
