Before Detroit was interested in him, but then he signed with the Suns, do you guys think maybe Rose might don a Pistons jersey soon? That would be pretty sweet. CWebb is awesome.
I was really disappointed in his short tenure with the suns. Hopefully if he does come back to Detroit he fits in. He has a lot to offer a team where he can fit into the system.

He's a versatile forward who would be solid off the bench to back up Prince and Hamilton. The Pistons already tried signing Rose, but he chose Phoenix instead. Second chance. Because we have Delfino and Murray who are both already struggling to find decent playing time, and we have Dupree if need be and I'd like to see more playing time go to Jason Maxiell to help furthur him. I wouldnt be against aquiring Jalen at all, I like the guy, although I just dont think we need him. I'd much rather take Mo Pete from the Raptors.
Why can't the Pistons package something like Murray + Mohammed for Peterson (and watever else it takes to make the trade work) AND sign Rose? Rose, Delfino, Peterson, seems like there isn't enough minutes to go around, but Detroit didn't rest their starters enough and burned out in the playoffs last year. Rose and Hunter back up Billups at the Point. MoPete backs up Hamilton, Delfino backs up Prince, and to rest the bigs Prince moves to PF sliding Sheed to C with Mo Pete, Delfino, Rose playing SF at diff times. This team could be deep, but in reality, minutes could become a concern, and they're might be some bickering, can't believe I used that word. So all in all I just thought it'd be cool if they signed Rose cuz I like him. If the Pistons could make this all work, they could become teh favorites to win the east again. *Gosh I forgot about McDyess, I have to read for orgo tomorrow, so consider my weak argument postponed.
Oh, Jalen has left the suns has he? I still dont think we need him, but if we were to sign him (rather than trade for him) then I wouldnt be as against it. Geez though, whats happening to us? 6 months ago we had 5 go to guys and a 6th man, now all of a sudden we have guys on the bench fighting it out for minutes, lol.
Rose hasnt left the Desert yet, but theyre supposedly working on a buyout since he fell out of the rotation.
