lmao @ the Blood and Crip tags up in downtown Baghdad.

On a serious note, I agree with Mercury and Mamba, It's a very smart move on Gang Members parts, free combat training for the mean streets of America, gives you an advantage over your average 'shoot up anything' gang banger.

That said, It's also very scary, to think these kind of animals are abusing the Military like this. The government doesnt care, so long as Bush has 20,000 more men to send over there.

This tells me we need more officers and police than soliders.. If these gangs are so dangerous why havent we stopped them in our own country? we need to focus whats happening in our backyard than whats happening in the middle east.

We'll never be able to stop gangs, just like we'll never be able to stop terrorism. If we bring down one gang, another one will rise. What we need to do is deny access to the military for any earth walking scum that decides they're a gang member and have gang affiliations.

But how do you know who is a gang member and who is not? Plus can the marines and army even afford to turn down people who are actually volunteering to go to Iraq? Not to mention what if a gang member wants to get straight, and decided to enter the military to actually serve the country. How would anybody be able to tell?

Honestly, I don't know how hard (or easy) it would be to do a background check for gang affiliations, I don't have an answer for you.

You do make a valid point, with Bush sending even more troops over, there is no way the military can say no. It's a damn shame.
