It's the end of the first and bosh has 14 pts and 6 rebounds. Jose hits a jumper before the 2nd. Raptors lead 28-26 Bosh is carrying us so far. Notes: 2nd qrt started and we need to stop the offensive rebounds, score is 36-34 raptors. jarron collins shouldnt be shooting so many free throws. graham is playing some aggressive ball off the bench. peterson isnt contributing and just fouled okur on a made layup, we cant let him get hot. Utah takes lead 44-42, boozer needs to be stopped, hes getting really hot Bosh and TJ back in the game, both score to make the score 47-46 Utah, then boozer hits another jumper, he has not missed today, 49-46 Utah Raptors turning the ball over 7 times while Utah only 3 times Good defence by the Raptors forcing a shot clock violation Wow they are getting killed on the boards in the second quarter, too many jumpshots also. STUPID shooting foul on Bargnani with .7 left Utah leads 57-52 at the half
TJ Ford isn't really cutting it this game for me. Clearly the Jazz are inviting him to get into the paint and try and make the extra pass or take that jumper. He's yet to adjust to them shutting down the things he normally does. On top of that he's not looking for guys like Parker and Bargnani within our offense. Is Okur crazy underrated or is it just me? This guy does just about everything well. He's put up just about the most versatile performance I've seen from a centre this year. Williams is abusing our pg's with his size, not much we can do there but it's causing some problems.
Why the hell did Mitchell go back to zone after shutting down the Jazz on man to man for 3 straight possessions? Also, I'd like to point out that Mitchell called for a Ford ISO out of the timeout at the end of the 2nd half which clearly was the wrong coaching move. The Jazz had adapted to that and already taken TJ's shot away in the first half, to make that call after watching the game was inexcusable. If this game showed anything, it's that TJ Ford needs to learn how to adjust to in game situations and not get involved in 1-on-1 contests. Trying to dunk on Williams after getting abused on defense sounds nice, but it's doesn't work in practice. Oh and not that i would call this a game changer, but the officiating was terrible. Peterson going to the basket got fouled and the only reason that wasn't' called is because Boozer had 5 and the refs didn't have the balls to blow the whistle. Bosh still isn't getting the respect he deserves either.

He does that all the time and doesn't get called for it because his arms are straight up. why didn't you guys go to Parker or Mo Pete more when Fisher was guarding them? Fisher gets owned by taller guys and that's why we give up 50 so much to everyone. Good game though guys, I like your young talent you have and I hope you guys make the playoffs this year. Bargnani looks a little like Dirk with his 3 point shooting but I never really saw him get the ball in the post and look to score.

I think raptors commentators said it was Boozer so i assumed that was right at the time. I thought originally it was Okur. I can definitely see a case for that not being a foul, my only homer argument left for citing it as one would be that at the end of the 1st half Williams gets Bargnani on a foul call with a similar play (both guys in air, offensive player jumps into the defensive player). Not that this changes the game or anything, clearly Utah was the better team. Why we didnt' use our swing men more is a good question. The raptors seem to play the same way win or lose, adjustments just don't happen that often.
