He was yelling because of the burst of energy from that dunk.

It's not like he would of been called for that few years back. How rules change.

Ridiculous. Why does Frank insist on sticking with House? He can't play D and he isn't hitting anything. Cliff is playing awful D as well. Boone should be playing more. We suck!

Kidd crossed the sh*t outta Cassell.

    Good move.

For those of you who think the refs are in love with Wade, watch this game. Maggette is getting a lot of calls tonight becasue he drives relentlessly.

Seriously, this one game won't change anyone's opinion. Corey has about 11 FT right, that's not even historic or anything.

Yeah, it's not like Maggette ever gets FT attempts in any other games, this one game must be some sort of anomaly. Lets completely disregard the fact that he lead the league in FTs 2 years ago and continue to believe that Wade is the only one getting rewarded for being aggressive.

WTF FRANK!! YOU @#$$WQ#$ IDIOT! Why are Carter and Williams, two of our worst preimeter defenders in there for that last defensive possession!!?? Put in Adams and Wright! I can't even follow this team until they fire Frank or do something. It's just embarassing.

3 straight heart breakers. Just really sad.

Carter played well. I liked the second half mentality, he didn't settle for jumpshots, but drove in and drew fouls. Great game for him.

Nachbar had his fair of important 3 point shots. He really gave us a lift with his great shooting.

Kidd really set the tempo for the Nets, and played well.

    Kidd 12 pts 5 rebs 8 asts
    Carter 33 pts
    Williams 16 pts 5 rebs 4 asts
    Nachbar 17 pts 7 rebs

The fact that he's passionate about his basketball does not warrant Frank a job in this league. Hire Adelman, someone or anyone. We have Jason Kidd and VC on our team and we can't close out close games. Ridiculous.

Another heart breaking loss. I'm in the state of depression. Carter drove the ball in. And I agree XSV Frank made a horrible decision with Carter and Williams as the perimeter defenders. He should have put in someone else.

I think you mean Nachbar, it was a shot clock violation.

Frank is in the hot seat. You can just tell.

Adams and Williams have both proven to be above average defenders. I don't understand why this man cannot grasp the concept of effective substitutions throughout the game. Carter blew it when he doubled down, we could afford a 2, but not a 3. Too many bad possessions down the stretch, and VC and Kidd missed FTs down the stretch AGAIN. Its sad to think that were going to go all season with a man with the basketball IQ of a retard coaching this team because for some reason Thorn is in love with him.

If you want to say, watch a bunch of Maggette games in a row, then I could see where you are coming from. But a single game in the middle of the regular season means what? It's naive to think you're going to change an entire mentality from some random regular season contest.

Who's trying to change you're mentality? Anybody who watches the NBA knows that Maggette is one of the best at getting to the line, and was the best two seasons ago, and he is no "superstar". Some of you just seem to conveniently forget about this when you're playing up the supposed love affair between Wade and the refs. But, if we want to continue this conversation, you can quote this response and continue it in the other thread in the Heat forum.
