Shaq: "It's Embarrassing" <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">New York's 116-96 thumping of Miami, which included 52 points by Jamal Crawford, dropped the Heat to 19-24, but the way Shaquille O'Neal and Dwyane Wade talked afterward at their lockers, it seems as if the defending champs are teetering on the edge of a full-blown crisis. "I'm getting sick and tired of this ---. I've never been five games under .500 in my career. It's embarrassing," said O'Neal. "Now that I'm back, I guess I've got to get on some guys' (cases). I guess I've got to be the ugly man to get it done." The 7-1 big man did not name Heat players he thought were slacking, but said his team was in a "funk" and that it was his "job as a leader to make sure everyone gets back on track." Wade also was clearly irked about the team's slumping ways. "I'm not a motivator. I've never been," Wade said. "Everybody's looking for me to come in and make a speech. It's not going to happen, man. I just try to go out there and play and hopefully my play speaks for itself. "Guys have to look at themselves in the mirror. Everyone's got to come in on both ends of the floor and play hard - have some pride about it. Something's gotta change. I'll leave it up to y'all's imagination."</div> Link
Well, Shaq you aren't exactly playing on a below .500 team. I love how he says I gotta get one some of these guys, when it's really his fault they are doing so bad.

Sure, he's their frontcourt focal point, especially on offense and just his presence makes a difference, but I don't think we can say the Heat couldn't repeat because Shaq had to go and get hurt. Miami still has great starters and depth besides O'Neal.
"I'm getting sick and tired of this ---. I've never been five games under .500 in my career. It's embarrassing." - Shaq Riiiiiiiight. Shaq is a big dummy. The Lakers were a couple of games below .500 at some point during the 2003 season
Shaq has no room to talk. He's been out for most of the year and he's been a non impact all year long. He's a joke right now.
It is embarrasing. This is the worst I've seen the Heat play in a long time, we urgently need to make a trade and make something happen before the season gets to late.. As for the blaming part, I dont really know who to blame, most of what has happened has just been..unlucky. Everyone has been injured or hurt for some reason...even our legendary coach is injured, Pat is the only man who can really wake this team up.

If a guy that sits out more then half the year every year came over to you and told you to shape up and try harder, what would you say to him....I'd laugh. Shaq is washed up and should shut the hell up. He should be embarrased. He makes tons of cash and isn't doing anything.
