Great game by the Lakers so far. I think the suspension could have been a blessing in disguise. I think the Lakers would have definately beat the Knicks with Kobe, but I think this just put an extra fire under the whole team. I'm predicting a great road trip. What do ya'll think?

Kobe is killing the Celtics from three point land. He is 6-8 tonight and has 38 points on 11-23 shooting.

Another three after a beautiful reverse dunk!!! Kobe has 43. Lmao some people are chanting MVP.

Kobe has basically raised his Regular season three point percentage by 2 (from about 34.6 to 36.6), nice.

    Lakers win 111-98.

great game by Kobe playing some efficient ball. 43-8-8 is amazing. I'm glad he was going up trying to get blocks, why doesn't he do that every game? 2 blocks is good.

Kobe Bryant got an MVP chant in Boston. Simply amazing. What is there to say about the performance? He played smart, efficient ball. He had 43, 8, and 8. He had some big threes, a monster dunk...which I believe was a big F U to David Stern.

Andrew Bynum started this game out on fire, I believe he had 9 points early on? His length was a problem for Boston, also. This kid needs to stay out of foul trouble though, that's the one thing holding him down from averaging a consistent 16 a game. C'mon young fella, cut down on the fouls

That was a cheap flagrant on Turiaf. If the league doesn't hand out a suspension (who pulled him down?), I really think they'll be feeling a lot of heat form the Laker organization.

I didn't realize how quick Rajon Rondo was, kind of makes me wish we could've drafted him so we didn't have to see Smush get embarrassed on defense by all those quick guards he can't stay in front of.

Lamar is still getting his game back, he had a horrid offensive night. C'mon Lamar, we need you back for this road trip.

Vladimir has really come far these past three games, I'm loving his offensive output. He had 13, 4, and 3 tonight including three huge three's. Really hope this continues. He's had three good games in a row and if he continues starting, I don't think it's going to change.

What did I love about the box score? Every single starter got double figures. Turiaf was also excellent off of the bench.

Great win by the Lakers, we needed this to build our confidence back up. This should be our second win in a row of Stern didn't rob us last night, but whatever. The past is the past, we can't change that. Now we have to go into Indiana on Friday and ride this momentum. I'm really hoping we can finish this road trip undefeated, but I'll take one more loss or so.

Just saw Kobe's reverse on NBA.com... sweet! Looks like he is rounding into game shape right on time. Didn't really look as explosive as he was last season till he did that... And that was near the end of the game too.

    Black mamba was unstoppable tonight.

    43-8-8.....that's pretty.

Remember what he did last year when he returned from suspension in January? Let's hope history repeats itself.

When Kobe is red hot like that, I want him shooting as much as possible, even if it's 3 pointers, because he's feeling it.

But on off nights, this where I don't want him to do this but take it to the hole a lot more.

Great game Turiaf, Radman, and Smush as well.

All I gotta say is......"So easy, a Radman can do it!" [IMG]

Nah, but seriously, since he has been starting, he's been killing it, and I love his little dance moves when he hits clutch shots, I like that kind of attitude.

I don't know exact numbers or percentages, but I think we're all liking what we're seeing.

Kobe was on a mission last night to seek and destroy. They interviewed him prior to the game and he said he was so pissed about the suspension he couldn't watch the Knicks game and had to keep channel surfing to calm himself.

I cannot believe the MVP chants he received in Boston Garden of all venues. It's kind of sad to see, I always enjoyed the subplots between these two rivals, but times have changed. The Celtics haven't won a title in 20 seasons and they don't have that same homecourt edge they once had.

I was impressed again with Ronny Turiaf off the bench. He had 9/10 in just 25 minutes, after Bynum got into foul trouble for the second straight game.

Kobe showed to everyone and David Stern that I AM THE TRUE MVP, I AM KOBE BRYANT. Hell yeah Kobe was determined. Sick game. I'm so happy. 43 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists - this says everything.

Celtics' fans don't like Lakers but even they screamed Kobe, Kobe. MVP, MVP.

Yeah, Ronny is very active and he's a great guy and player.
