because they have stated that they want to rid themselves of j-rich...oh yeah and him and nellie crashed heads so that might be another reason OFF TOPIC: can someone tell me how the hell is erick dampier even being considered as an all star replacement for yao??? there are 3 centers off the top of my head that are hafing much better season out west than him and they are andrew bynum, TYSON CHANDLER (id ont see how he's not a lock when damp is being even considered, and the biggest surprise of all, mehmet okur?????????? i did this so that i dont have to make another thread for it, i know some of you get annoyed by new threads

At this point JRich is expendable under Nellie's system. I actually like this deal a lot for the Warriors.

Bigs are hard to come by in the NBA, and Darko is one of the better ones(believe it or not). The kid hasn't even gotten a chance to start and we're just going to trade him away? Even when he doesn't start, when given the minutes this kid produces. I don't like it at all. I like getting J-Rich, but to give away so much just to get a guard and two mediocre/trashy bigs is....meh. If we could hold Darko and put Grant or Battie in his place, I would pull the trigger in a hard beat. Right now however, I'm not so sure. On the fence on this.
