My playstation2 can't read any discs anymore, I tried all my games and DVD's and it just makes a wierd noise...

If it can't read the disc then use an optical lense cleaning disc. Buy a Fellowes one at an Office Max or other similar stores. Also be sure to vacuum the back fan of your PS2 as well as the front filter. If the problem still persists it could be a lense malfunction or an uncleanable filter (I don't know if you clean it or not). Tell me if this solves your issue.
