Toronto has been spectacular ! Great job Bosh, great player & leader for the Raps. No comments about Phoenix, 0.941 %... Only .500 for the Lakers, Phil sure isn't happy (I believe nobody from the Lakers' fan crew is happy with the way LA has been playing).
Rockets have been 3rd best in the West this year and hopefully they keep on improving and when Yao is back, we'll be unbeatable!
Everytime the Raptors win, I laugh at Celtics fans (see "2007 Raptors vs. Celtics bet" in the Celtics forum), as well as almost all of the American sports media outlets.
The Raptors had a hell of a month, but it was against very crappy competition. The most important thing that came out of it, though, an amazing chemistry that developed among the players. Hopefully it will carry us through a tough February (only 2 bad teams).
Lakers were overachieving with that home schedule. I still think they can take the 5th seed and beat down on the Jazz like they use to.

Look at Milwaukee, you would thing they're trying to catch up with Boston and Memphis for a shot at the #1 pick. The sad truth is this team is still battling for a playoff seed. Injuries have killed them this year.
Damn Boston really sucks. Can they do us a favor and back off those draft picks, please? Where's Paul Pierce when you need him?

Mostly from Toronto fans oddly enough. Phoenix, and Dallas all played easy teams too...with a few tough games sprinkled in the mix here and there. Just like the Raps, who played Dallas, Phoenix, and the Wizards twice. It isn't about the competition, it's about how we played. A bad team finds ways to lose games. Look at the Nets recent schedule. They're losing the games that they should be winning.
Orlando has been horrible for awhile now. After they're hot start, they're finally settling into where they belong. The bottom half of the Eastern Conference. I really never pictured them as a top playoff team and I never fell into the hype. If you look back, I always envisioned them third in the SE, behing Washington and Miami. Great talent on that team, but they don't know how to put it together consistently. Brian Hill's fault?
<div class="quote_poster">Mamba Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Brian Hill's fault?</div> Combined with the fact that we've had some big injuries (Ariza, Dooling, Grant, Jameer, and Hedo have all been hurt) and our point guards don't fit our system.

I highly doubt we would have rebounded from a tough early schedule and a slew of injuries as well as we did, if it weren't for the long stretch of home games against lottery teams. I mean, I'm always hesitant to give a lot of credit to teams for winning games they should, and if Toronto wants to be taken seriously, I think they have to adopt that mentality. However, as I mentioned before, we've developed a lot of chemistry during that month and we're clearly a better team now. This upcoming stretch will pit us against teams that are as good or slightly better than us, and our performance will determine how much we should bring up the schedule.
