Bulls vs Trail Blazers

I am not watching this game but I already know we are playing poorly.

 

12 - 16 end of the first.

Is it me or has Deng become a beast at rebounding. He already has 7.

 

Excellent 2nd quarter sees the Bulls ahead 45 - 28.

 

Hinrich and Gordon are playing well, a win tonight and we are tied for first place.

 

esh been outscored 21 - 8 this quarter so far and hold a 4 point lead.

typical Bulls.

 

As only the Bulls can do we let them back in the game and hold a slim 3 point lead going into the 4th.

 

Bulls out to a 9 point lead thanks mostly to Ben Gordon who has 29.

 

Two point lead with just over three minutes to go.

 

Bulls ball, tied game, just over 30 seconds left.

 

Bulls win 88 - 86.

What happened in the last 30 seconds? I had to goto the toilet and missed it all.

 

The game just basically turned into a foul and try to come back type of game. Pretty boring really. That last bucket shouldn't have counted, I seen it myself.

 

^ Well the Bulls won it with foul shots....luckily the Blazers were in the penalty because they were heated up in the last minute of the game.

A thrilling game, but subpar for the Bulls.

Yeah, Ben and Kirk played well, but the team slacked off too often throughout the game. They should've played Noce more.

 

Nocioni should have had more time in both the 3rd and the 4th quarter, the Bulls would have had a better overall game...the Bulls got the W, but if we want to win the East we have to do better than this.

Yeah Duhon played well tonight, he's been coming back into form lately. I guess his buzz kill mental issues have passed. Let's hope they can keep winning and finish this road trip 6-1 or 5-2. Any less wins really won't be acceptable considering the prowess of the Wizards this season. They seem to have the right combination of players to make a run to the finals if the Bulls and other Eastern teams aren't careful enough to watch them.

 

We lost our lead, but came out with the win. Deng and Wallace rebounded well. Gordon and Hinrich played well, and Duhon had another big night of the bench with 15 points. Brown didn't really have a good night.
