<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">On MSNBC's "Agree or Disagree" feature, ESPN analyst Snapper Jones was asked, should a Nets shakeup start with the firing of Lawrence Frank? Jones was put down as agreeing. Jones states the team's biggest problem is Frank's inability to get Vince Carter to take over games now that the Nets are down two starters. "(Carter) should take over games but won't--and that's the key button Frank is not pushing." That failing, he says, "might end up leaving Frank without a job."</div>

We need a coach who will motivate Vince to get his lazy ass to attack the basket.

I think it's time for a change as well, how about Paul Silas maybe? He did well when LeBron was a young player in the league, maybe he can get Vince to play harder too.

Problem is that VC is not a young player anymore. Silas won't be able to do squat.
