PG - Chris Paul SG - Ben Gordon SF - Josh Smith PF - Charlie Villanueva C - Amare Stoudemire ^Original list
Okay I've done this similar topic elsewhere before I'll give you my insight. (these picks are based on winning a title within 1 year not winning future titles) PG-Steve Nash SG-Kobe Bryant SF-Paul Pierce PF-Kevin Garnett C-Tim Duncan I believe Nash is the best point guard in the league he would love to have this team to pass to. Paul Pierce & Kevin Garnett. Both have been stuck on one team their whole career, and haveing little success in the playoffs(they both are hungry for a title). And lastly Duncan and Kobe. Not only are they the best are their positions they are also proven winners. You can't pick 5 guys that have never been there you need some experience that can help the team through the struggles. Love it or Hate it thats my Dream Team.
PG- Magic Johnson SG-Reggie Miller SF-Michael Jorden PF-Larry Bird C- Kareem Abdul Jabber I would buy season tickets
<div class="quote_poster">Dale_TheOne Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">PG- Iverson SG- Carmelo SF- Lebron PF- Bosh C- Shaq </div> Iverson's and Shaq's careers are pretty over. Iverson may still have one or two great seasons but not more. <div class="quote_poster">C.MELO15 Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">PG- Magic Johnson SG-Reggie Miller SF-Michael Jorden PF-Larry Bird C- Kareem Abdul Jabber I would buy season tickets</div> Dam you crack me up I'd go with: PG-Chris Paul SG-Dwyane Wade SF-LeBron James PF-Amare Stoudamire C-Yao Ming Easy picks, no suprises i think.
For future 'ships why not go with the class of '03? PG-Dwyane Wade(25 yrs) SG-Carmelo Anthony(22 yrs) SF-LeBron James(22 yrs) PF-Chris Bosh(22yrs) C-Darko Milicic(21 yrs)
PG - Chris Paul SG - Tracey McGrady SF - Gerald Wallace PF - Dwight Howard C - Yao Ming 6th man - Gordon
PG- Chris Paul SG- Dwyane Wade SF- Carmelo Anthony PF- Amare Stoudemire C- Dwight Howard 6th man- Danny Granger
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Chris Paul Dwyane Wade LeBron James Chris Bosh Dwight Howard</div> That is what I would pick. Seems to be the best choices, but I'll try a different lineup: Deron Williams Ben Gordon Andre Iguodala Al Jefferson Dwight Howard (couldn't leave him out )
Just to make it a little interesting I went away from the whole stacked superstar lineups: PG: Devin Harris SG: Andre Iguodala SF: Gerald Wallace PF: Chris Bosh C: Andrew Bynum
I'll also make mine more interesting instead of using guys who are already super stars. PG: Monta Ellis (21 y/o) SG: Brandon Roy (22 y/o) SF: Josh Smith (21 y/o) PF: Chris Bosh (22 y/o) C: Andris Biedrins (20 y/o)
21 and Under Team Marcus Williams Monta Ellis Marvin Williams Al Jefferson Darko Milicic Fast Break Team Steve Nash Ben Gordon Shawn Marion Chris Bosh Ben Wallace Halfcourt Team Kirk Hinrich Rip Hamilton Josh Howard Jermaine O'neal Dwight Howard Undersized Team TJ Ford Dwayne Wade Desmond Mason Elton Brand Emeka Okafor

G: Steve Nash G: Chris Paul F: Andre Iguodala F: Andrea Bargnani C: Dwight Howard How crazy would a Nash / Paul / Iguodala backcourt be?
Come on no one can start a franchise with 5 All-Stars... the closest to that would be phoenix... A more realistic starting 5 that COULD start a dynasty is: PG: D. Williams SG: Iguodala SF: Lee orDurant PF: Dwight C: Oden or Bynum All these players could get Average not HIGH contracts that could see them locked together for a couple of years
Dude, you should make this topic more meaningful by adding some restrictions into their selection such as salary cap limit, chemistry, etc...Basically without cap limit, um..lemme guess, I will start a franchise with the top 5 selections in 2003 draft. pg: lebron sg: wade sf: melo pf: bosh c: milicic
<div class="quote_poster">J_Ray Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">PG-Shaun Livingston SG-Luther Head SF-Josh Smith PF-Dwight Howard C-Andris Biedrins</div> Well I guess this team is officially toast that they don't have a PG, I guess I could replace Livingston with Marcus Williams
1 - Deron Williams 2 - Luther Head 3 - Caron Butler 4 - Al Jefferson 5 - Nene I'll keep mine realistic. I like this starting five, alot actually. Healthy though.
