I get to work, this 16 year old kid who works at the restaraunt with me had his birthday today, now on a couple of occasions before this, I've bought him alcohol (you know what its like when you're that age, you'd give an arm and a leg to get drunk), but I've since decided to stop it, because if I get caught, I can get in some serious trouble (I'm 19, 20 in under a month). Well he asked me a couple of days ago on MSN if I would, and I told him No, I'm not doing it, I can face big fines and possibly jail time, I'm not risking that for you, so that was that. Then he tries again the next day, offering me $100 to buy him some alocohol, I told him No again, and after 20 minutes of him trying to tell me how I wouldnt get in trouble, he finally lets it go.

So I rock up to work today, and hes sitting outside the Convenience store next door with some of his mates, waiting for me and my mate, then he comes up to me and starts pleading to buy him alcohol, I told him No, he kept going on, I had **** to do, so eventually I caved, I went and bought it for him, I got $30 out of it though (although I asked for him to set me up with one of the drunken little sluts at his party, lol).

So a few hours pass, I'm out the back of the restaraunt, and my mate comes in and says there are cops, and 15-16 year olds all out on the street (the kid from work lives a minute away from work) so I go out, theres like 5 cop cars, detectives, drunken little sluts everywhere, I was just like "wtf!?". so I'm standing out the front and this other kid that used to work there was getting his bag searched by the cops, I started yelling out stuff "he's got drugs" and that kind of stuff, then he comes over and explains whats going on after we asked him.

He tells us, that the kid who was having the party (which is the kid from my work who wanted me to buy him alcohol) had it crashed, there was like 50-60 people there, he was found passed out and quoted as saying "I dont give a f***".

So basically, everything I told him that could happen, happened, and everything he told me wouldnt happen, happened. So I dont know whats going to happen, I can still face charges for supplying minors with alcohol, although I think the alcohol I bought for them was for his friend, but my mate bought alcohol for the kid from work, so we can both possibly get snapped.

Its fair to say we're very fucking pissed off right now, I'm going to give this kid a blasting next time I see him, I have it in good mind to beat his face in for this.

So in summing up, me and my mate were basically responsible for this whole debarcle. There is a lesson to be learnt here, do not buy alcohol for teenagers!

Jail time? I'm a minor and I get older kids to buy me alcohol all the time. Had a few parties crashed by the cops but never did anyone get in trouble for the alcohol. There was even this one party where the kid's house was looted and the parents charged almost everyone at the party, but the alcohol was never anything that got people into ****. Hell, I've even ordered alcohol in legit, big-chain restaurants all the time, and gotten into bars a few times. All this starting since I was 16...

Yeah, we wont face jail time, but depending on the situation, you can face jail time for this type of thing (say if he was to die from it or somthing), which is what I meant.

Oh. As long as there's not gonna be anything on your criminal record, you might as well just pay a fine and be done with it. With the money you made from him, you don't suffer a loss and you get a chance to not only kick the kid's ass, but get rid of him as well.

Hahahahaha, I was kidding about that part (hence the "lol" after it).

I know it was wrong to buy it for him, I shouldnt have done it (as I said, I wasnt going to buy it, and I told him I wasnt), but like I said, kid just wouldnt give up, and I caved.

If I were in your position I would of threated to hurt the guy If he kept asking me to do all that. Why are kids these days in such a damn hurry to grow up? annoys me to be honest.

Wow, this sounds like my uncle when he was put in jail. He was on probation and this kid in front of the store asked him to get some beer for him, so my uncle said he would. When he comes outside the kid is with a bunch of cops, I guess he was a spy for the cops and my uncle got 2 years of jail for violating probation.

    Nice moral lol.

Also, you're nearly 20 years old and you asked him to hook you up with one of his 15 year old girl-friends?

16 (3 year difference, and thats the legal age of consent here anyway). I know alot of guys who hook up with younger girls (and alot of girls who hook up with older guys), one of the Chefs at work is 22, and he is dating a 17 year old girl, they're apparentley getting married or some sh*t, but I doubt that happens.

I wasnt being serious anyway (as stated above).

Dunno yet, they wernt home at the time, I mean they're obviously going to ask him where he got the booze from when they get back, which is where me and my mate can get snapped, but he told me he'd refuse to tell, but I dont believe that.

Cops around here are real lenient about underage drinking. Once when I was 17, me and my friends were at a gigantic party like 40 mins away that got busted... and my friend goes back in the house trying to salvage any alcohol he could and gets caught by the cops. He was driving so we all had to sit there while the cop drunk-tested us all and we were all pretty hammered besides 1 guy. But eventually he let the non-hammered guy drive us home.

I've been nearly MIP'd like 5 times and it hasn't happened yet.

Once I pissed in this guy's yard all smashed and he was like, "DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A TOILET TO YOU?" and my friend is like, "**** YOU COME OUTSIDE" (same idiotic friend that tried to get the alcohol in other story, no longer a friend). So the cops show up and tell everyone i'm getting an MIP but never did. So that's good.

That sucks man, even worse that you don't have any faith in he kid to not rat you out. I'm 16 and get alcohol from people at my work too and my other friend whos my age gets cigarettes and stuff from older people as well. I don't drink a whole lot of alcohol though, when I do I don't get totally shitfaced and I'm not dumb enough to get caught, most people think I'm a lot older than I actually am anyway so drinking and smkoing in front of other people isn't a problem. And if I did get caught I'd never snitch out the person who got it for me.

Sounds like I'm in the clear, he told me he called up his Mum and fed her some bullsh*t excuse, he said that he invited like 6-7 people over which she was apparentley cool with, then he told her it only got out of hand when it got crashed.

He also told me some kid was arrested for possessing a gun (and another for weed), which is basically unheard of over here, especially at that age and the area we live in.
