MJ was the best guard but at the point, Magic Johnson but Steve Nash is the best at the moment.

Guys, Oscar Robertson is right up there with Jordan, Magic or anyone else. Check out these factoids: for his CAREER (14 seasons), Big O averaged an astonishing 25.7 ppg, 7.5 rpg and 9.5 apg. Think about that - he averaged for more than a decade better stats than Kobe or LeBron have ever posted. He was rookie of the year in 1960, MVP of the NBA in 1964, NBA Champion alongside Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on one of the greatest individual teams in league history in 1971. Big O is a 12-time All-Star and one of the 50 Greatest of All Time. He was elected to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 1980. Robertson is one of the craftiest players in NBA history - he always knew exactly what his team needed at a given time, and he could always provide it. He had a basketball IQ that has been matched only a handful of times in league history.

This is a youtube video of Robertson - I have a bunch of old NBA highlight tapes on VHS, and he's the star of many of them.

oscar robertson was good but i can easily pick jordan over him. not only was jordan better but he played in a time in which i personally think has more skill

basketball hadnt caught on as much until magic and jordan started playing

and their affect on the NBA and basketball was alot bigger then oscar robertsons

Robertson was good, but Jordan was on a different level.
