I have to say, of all teams in the draft, Arizona might have come away with the best steal - although Denver is also looking good.

I know there is still more than one round left on the first day, and the Packers have about 72 more picks (or something like that), but I think the price that Arizona will pay for Lienhart is an absolute steal.

It pains me somewhat to say it but the jets did real well.

The big loser; Buffalo. I've heard that nobody circles.... ah, never mind!

I like what the Pack have done. I like all 3 of the guys drafted. all should contribute

New England has had a nice draft as well

    Jets have been solid

Eagles have had a very good draft. Land two very solid players

    Losers:

Redskins trading up for McIntosh was stupid.
Dallas has been questionable with Fasano in round 2.
Bears passing on a TE like Pope and a WR like Jackson and Moss.
Bills are the biggest losers in my opinion. I like McCargo but not enough to trade up for. Whitner in the top 10 is a huge reach.

Im thrilled the Giants picked up Sinorice Moss, if he is like anything his brother is then we got ourselves a steal.

Kawenuka (sp?) was sup[posedly a reach but I have trust in coughlin and co.

people said teh same thing with Osi Umenyiora

Come see the bias inherent in the system. Bears clearly had a better draft than packers.

They definitely didn't have one of the better Drafts at least in terms of value and how these guys are graded coming out. What they do in the future remains to be seen of course.

I think trading down and passing on 2 very solid WR's and 2 very solid TE's and once again passing a solid WR for Daniel Manning (who I like) was kind of stupid. He's bit of a project. Not a terrible pick but not a good one either.

Here's their terrible pick. Devin Hester... He's a project at CB. Huge project at WR. So a 2nd round pick on a kick returner.. Very Nice (sarcasm)

Then they go for good ole Dusty. Scored the highest on the wonderlic but has major attitude problems (should make good friends with Tank and Olien). Boom or Bust prospect. Could be the next Cledius Hunt (Packer fans will know him) or he could be a good compliment to Tommie Harris.

So they add depth to the Defense with Dusty and Manning. Add a Kick returner and ignore offense.

I'd say they are one of the biggest losers. They had a chance to address huge needs on offense and possibly farther along the development of Grossman which is holding team back right now but they opted for questionable picks.

As for winners.. Eagles in my opinion..

Bunkley at 14 is great value. Athletic and put up 44 reps of 225 which is amazing.

Justice is another solid pick. In round 2 he's great value and has so much upside.

Chris Cocong is a solid pass rusher. Might need to bulk up but should be a good situational player for them.

They're not going to make the playoffs this year but they have a good future with Justice who is a premier offensive tackle and Bunkley a premier defensive tackle.. Those are great prospects and they?ve made a huge stride in the right direction.

I love how the Jets did this draft... they finally realiezed that the key to a strong winning team is the offensive line and they certainly addressed that in D'Brick and Mangold. I also really like Kellen Clemons of Oregon that was an awesome pick for them and then you really see Mangini going for guys with great character in their last 2 picks in the 3rd round. I think the Jets have finally started to figure out what they are doing

did anyone see the Jets montage at the end of the draft of picks that the Jets screwed up it was kinda painful to watch lol this draft is not like that unless you say that they should have taken Leinart.... i think passing on Leinart was fine i think we've learned our lesson with weaker armed QBs and i think Clemons could turn out just as good

    Nope.
Bears draft was clearly better. Packers probably were in bottom 5 in terms of draft.

One of them will be moved to safety, and groomed under mike brown, who is close to end of career. Hester will do a lot of different things, and gives a lot of flexibility and speed on defense. He will grow into a CB role in all liklihood, but in mean times will contribute in return game, where bears were terrible last year.

Its draft day - I hear it every year from Vikings fans and other fans.

"Well, these guys are the ones who are getting paid to make the choices. They obviously know something that we don't"...

When you don't agree with the pick, you rationalize it to give some reason for optimism.

I am not doing that. I state only fact. Those picks just moved bears closer to a super bowl dynasty
