On the orange skin talk, that's just if you tan all the time over and over. My friend did that once and he looked like a baffoon. I just like to go to get a little darker, i'm not obsessed with being dark but I think I look better with tanned skin.. as most white people do. But yea there's a point where you stop tanning so you don't look fake.
For the record I used to tan on occasion. It's much easier to get an even tan in a bed then out in the sun. The orange thing only holds true if you're going to tan at a place that has crappy equipment or if you're using a cheap bronzer. Over doing it can give you a crap tacular look as well. My experience with it, ya it works but it's just a pain to go through with. You're constantly going just to keep your tan at a certain level. I'd do it again if i knew i was going on vacation somewhere warm or if it was only for a short period of time. People who end up using the tanning beds too much have leather faces by the time they are 30.
All this 'orange' talk reminds me of this pharmacist who has an obvious ovartan, sometimes looking like a carrot. The point of a tan is to make it look like you're skin is naturally like that, not that you made it like that.
I don't tan, mainly because I don't want to waste money on it. Winter in Sweden means I'll be wearing full-covering (exept the face) clothes, so it wouldn't mean much anyway. When summertime comes, I try to be out in the sun as much as possible to get a tan. I don't tan too easily though.

Lol, just go ask girls. Most girls will prefer a guy with a tan over a pasty dude. LOL, it's common sense. Why do you think people tan in the summer?
^don't exaggerate. I doubt there are any emo's on this board. Tan>>>>pasty, but I'm sure some girls prefer guys who are in between. <div class="quote_poster">I-Miss-MJ Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Want to back that up?</div> It's true. I live in Houston, so I get my tans through playin bball and swimming outside.

Yeah I been hitting the rays from cricket and running. And stupidly forgetting sunscreen, I am not brown but I am not Albino.
My sister just bought one of those Pool Lounge things, so if its sunny tomorrow, I might lay out on that for a while, hahahaha. Which reminds me, havent used the pool in quite some time...

My skin is pretty white (not albino white), but I don't feel the need to tan in a tanning booth. If I get a tan from working in the sun during the summer, that is fine too. Pretty irrelevant to me. I usually have a sock-line and my forearms are much more tanned than my biceps/triceps and chest. EDIT: If I had a pool, I think I would use it a lot when I first get it, but after a while would rarely use it.
