Lol. This article is meant to rate teams over the first half of the season. So the Miami Heat, who haven't had a winning record since they were 3-2 and are currently 26-26, get ranked at 8. The Jazz meanwhile, who have had a winning record the entire season and at 34-17 currently have the third best record in the league get ranked at 10. Makes a lot of sense doesnt it?
