Holmes a good pick?

    i think this is a fantastic pick...but should it have been Chad Jackson or Sinorice Moss?

    This a great pick. He'll be able to contribute in the return game right away.

    I wonder in drafting Holmes & Reid (Fla St) are the Steelers going back to pass happy type offense that was not all that successful a few years back.

    It doesn't sound like they'll be pass happy, but who knows? If Staley can't stay healthy, I think you'll see the Steelers scramble to sign someone off free agency, trade for another back, or concede to throwing 35 times a game.

    I don't believe the season will start with any intentions on changing the offense because of the addition of Holmes.

    if he stays healthy i still think u guys can run the ball the majority of the time

    I think they mix it up a bit more this year, but still run the ball 50% of the time.

    Remember that they ran the ball about 60% of the time over the last few seasons. I think that changes this year. If for no other reason than to conserve Staley and Parker.
