This morning Dwight Howard was a guest on The Herd, and said his defining moment came in his rookie season when Kobe Bryant dunked on him. He said it was the first time he had ever been dunked on and at that point he realized he had to work harder to live up to his expectations. He said at halftime he went into the locker room, checked his cell phone and had several text messages from friends clowning him about getting posterized. So the hardwork you see from Howard was motivated by Kobe's facial on him.
