What's just going to be fucking hilarious is when we are ranked #2 this week - with games coming up @ Michigan State and @ Ohio State, this is probably the best chance Wisconsin ever will have to be ranked #1 in college hoops. And we're going to get fucked by the big name bias once again. Let's take a look at where the teams differ: Wisconsin has more depth, more experience, plays better defense, has more quality wins, has taken care of its business against elite competition, and oh yeah, WISCONSIN ALREADY BEAT OHIO STATE. Ohio State has...a bunch of big-name freshmen and a coach who looks like he got hit in the face with a shovel as a child.

But somehow, that all adds up to this:

For the first time all season, I KNOW that we deserve the #1 spot - you guys know I'm cautious as hell of jinxing Bucky, but there's no disputing it in my mind: the Badgers deserve to be #1 in the country.

Has there ever been a more lame-duck 19-7 team than Clemson? All these guys do is implode when they have a chance to impress. Today they would've locked up a Tourney bid with a home win over Maryland, a team that is squarely on the bubble. What happens? They lose at home by 16 points, and only score 6 points the last 5 minutes It's when teams like Clemson get a bid that I lose faith in the system.

And I can empathize about OSU/Wisky. I'm seeing the same **** happen with MSU and Texas. You'd think that beating them, having pretty much the same winning %, and having a stronger strength of schedule would put us over them, but Kevin Durant makes them the sexy pick.
