<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Mile Ilic, the Net's 7'-2" Serbian project, will become the first New Jersey player sent to the 'D' League when he joins the Colorado 14ers next week. Ilic, taken with the 43rd pick in the 2005 draft, has played only seven minutes in five games and has yet to score. The 14ers are located in Bromfield, Colorado, near Denver and are the Nets designated Development League team. There's no indication how long he will stay in Colorado.

I hope he becomes a star in the D-league so when he comes back he will have alot of confidence and be a good big man and have Krstic help him.

Good. Though a lot of players shine in the D-League. It's like DIII over there.

Instead of letting him rot on the bench, this will give him some good playing experience.
