End of the 1st: nothing much to report. We do look a little sluggish with our 2nd game of the back to back tonight.

Edit: Half time now. The Rotation tonight is completely out of whack. Somehow Bargnani's played 19 minutes, Graham has 4 fouls in the first, we had TJ Ford and Calderon on the floor for like 5 minutes at the same time, I didn't see Bosh in the entire 2nd quarter. I'm not even going to ask.

Meanwhile, with the raptors on offensive it looks like a street ball game and everything seems funny.

That was a wierd win. We didn't play very good (especially Bosh), but Charlotte really made no push to challenge our lead. Turned out to be fairly methodical in the end.

    Adam Morrison sucks.

Yeh that was a weird win. Bosh did score 24 pts in the second half though. We really got lucky that Okafor and Gerald Wallace got hurt, the Bobcats looked bigtime out of synch. Jaun Dixon's debut was pretty pedestrian i might add. 16 minutes 0 pts (0 for 3 fgs) 0 ast 1 rebound 0 steals 0 turnovers 1 personal foul.

Somewhere a smile crept across good old deception's face when Uros Slokar (1 min)entered his first NBA game.

I'm willing to give Dixon a pass, since he hasn't practiced with the Raptors yet. Most of the time he was on the floor, the team ignored him on the offensive end.

Bargnani getting 11 rebounds is the story of the game. Because, of all those fouls he was forced to play more power forward and it showed that he hasn't regressed as a rebounder from his days in Bennetton.

Bosh was a bit cocky afterwards, despite playing relatively poorly. It's a side of him you don't really see too often, but was pretty cool:
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"It was a difference, but what happened was inevitable," Bosh said. "I was going to size (Okafor) up a little more. He did a good job on me in the first half and I got into foul trouble. But eventually I'm going to find a way to get it done." </div>

Slokar's seen some garbage time before so, not his first lol.

Anyways I was at a friends house during the game, and I couldn't believe how sloppy we were playing in the second Q, even with Bosh on the bench. But Charlotte didn't present much of a challenge in the second half.

I don't think Bosh played that poorly. 24 points in one half is pretty good.

We should keep in mind we caught a huge break by having Okafor and Wallace go down half way through the game. If those guys were on the floor in the 2nd half it definitely would have been more competitive.

I thought Dixon (despite the crappy score line) was perfectly ok. As Chutney mentioned no one was looking for him on offense and he was out of sync. I'm sure he'll fit in ok over time. His defense looked pretty decent for his first game out.
