Those last 2 shots with like 20 seconds left in the game weren't going to make a difference unless they were 3 pointers. If your down by more than 2 with less then 25 seconds left in the game, going for the 2 and hacking is a pretty useless strategy, especially when your team is letting the other teams best FT shooter get the ball.

Down by 5, with the way we were shooting three pointers, if there's more than 10 seconds on the clock I think you should attack the basket. If you suck in the defense and there's an open three point shot, then go for it. Otherwise, go for the layup and possibly a 3-point play at the rim. I think that's the correct strategy. Either way, the chances are dismal. But taking a quick 3-pointer at that point when you're 1-22 for the game is just shooting yourself in the foot.

Luther's & Rafer have had a great season shooting 3's, but they far too often become erratic. Some games their shooting lights out, other games their turning the ball over and settling for ill-advised 3's. Last nite was a perfect opportunity for Snyder to play solid minutes. Maybe he's too athletic to play in JVG's system

Maybe not in every game, but at least to bring some energy when our offense looks sluggish. He defends a lot better than Head as well.
