We're better than that."</div> Source I wouldn't want to go against Detroit. They have tons of playoff experience and our young guys wouldn't be any match for them. If we do play the Pistons, lets hope Dwight doesn't pull a McGrady and inspire them with some stupid quote that eventually leads to them knocking us out of the playoffs.
At least he is confident that we will be in the playoffs. Hopefully he can continue to play well(his last 9 games have been pretty amazing statistically).
Dwight needs to focus on not turning the ball over. 11 turnovers last night is ridiculous from your post player. Detroit would be a terrible matchup for the Magic, I think they should try to position a 1st Round meeting with Washington. The Wizards are built to fail in the playoffs with their style of play. They don't play any defense, and Arenas is streaky, when his shot isn't falling the Wizards won't have a pray in the post season.
Think Dwight should be more concerned with not getting into the lottery than the playoffs and facing the Pistons right now. They are seriously struggling and need to pick It up. Although I like the Magic I hope they lose as much as possible to a point where they get a pick in the 6-12 range. That way Pistons get a lottery pick. I wish them all the best next season though.
I think Dwight is getting ahead of himself here, because at this rate, the Magic are going to really struggle to make it.
